B-Pharm, Bachelor of Pharmacy is a four-year program with eight semester. Pharmacy is an art and science of preparing drugs and medicines. Bachelor of Pharmacy is one of the popular job oriented course among the science students after class 12th/PUC. The main course is all about the preparation, analysis and dispensing of various medicines for treating diseases. The course provides a wide spectrum of job opportunities in both the public and private sector, the candidates are also entitled to venture in to their own Pharma business Pharmacy graduate has an opportunity to work in a range of industries related to the production, manufacture, quality control & research/ formulation of medicines

To be eligible, one must pass with at least 50% marks in 10 + 2 (or an equivalent examination) with biology or biotechnology as one of the subjects. Students can give an additional pharmacy entrance examination [KEAM] to be eligible for the course. D.Pharm (Diploma of Pharmacy) holders are eligible for admission into B.Pharm second year directly via lateral entry. B.Pharm holders can directly join into the 4th year of Pharm.D.
